Sharing jars with family

Open Settings › Share with family… and send the invite through Messages or Mail. Each person opens the link on their own iPhone or iPad, and the jars appear in Pompom Jar. Everyone needs to be signed in to iCloud.

Pompoms aren't syncing

  • Check you're signed in to iCloud (iOS Settings › your name) and iCloud Drive is on.
  • Settings › iCloud in the app shows the last sync time and any error.
  • Changes usually arrive within seconds; opening the app also checks for updates.

I forgot my parent PIN

Tap Forgot PIN? on the PIN screen and unlock with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. Then you can change or turn off the PIN in Settings.

Restoring Pompom Plus

Settings › Pompom Plus › Restore purchases. Plus is shared with your Apple Family Sharing group.
